Today is my sister's birthday, but we celebrated it yesterday due to school tests. I made her a pillowcase that has black stripes with red hearts, drew her a happy birthday drawing, and gave her knitting supplies as she wants to start to learn about knitting as her present. Me and my dad barely saw her the whole day as she was mostly hanging out with mom. I heard she went to Olive Garden and ate delicious foods. It's not bad that we barely saw her since we're celebrating her birthday, my neighbor's birthday, and my birthday on my birthday. That might sound weird, but it something that we always do, except we usually don't do it on someone's birthday...
Question of the Day: What is your favorite kind of cake?
My favorite kind of cake is chocolate ice cream cake. Answering this question brings back a memory of when I ate my whole ice cream cake, on my birthday, in sixth grade. It was a hello kitty one from stop and shop. I was with my grandma, mom, dad, and sister. Mom cut the cake into fourths because Dad was dieting. It was weird that the others barely ate their cake as it reached their plates. The cake was vanilla flavored and didn't taste bad, so I didn't really understand them (except my sister who just wanted to play on her computer). When I finished my cake slice, mom and grandma offered me their cake slices since they weren't hungry and I accepted since I didn't want it to go to waste plus ice cream is hard to pass. Once I finished both slices, I asked my sister if she wanted her slice because it was melting. She said no, so I ate that one too😄. The funny thing is that she meant no as in don't eat it, so nowadays she always reminds me of eating the cake slice she wanted for later and says she's going to eat my slice of her birthday cake. After eating the whole cake, I was worried I'd gain weight the next day and have to worry about clothes. However, I forgot that no matter how much I eat, I don't gain much.
